Hella-Hybrid

This plate machine will put laps on any other fiber laser in the field. While the vast majority of laser machines bicker over thin sheet processing, the PeddiBolt laser steel plate cutting machine has doubled down on heavy plate fabrication. The advanced hybrid cutting head fuses the cutting excellence of fiber lasers with the brute force of oxy-fuel cutting to effectively push the boundaries of heavy plate fabrication further than ever before.

Laser Cutting Head

The PeddiBolt employs a specialized laser cutting head designed with a 0-contact automatic height tracking system which enables the cutting head to adjust its height automatically in response to deviations in material without affecting cutting performance, enhancing response speed and processing efficiency.

Hybrid Cutting Head (Laser + Oxy)

The hybrid cutting head combines laser precision with the power of flame cutting, offering three versatile modes: laser, oxy-fuel, and hybrid. In hybrid mode, a high-energy laser beam and supersonic flame work together to trigger an exothermic reaction, efficiently melting metal and oxides along the cutting path. Molten material is then blown away by a strong airflow, delivering faster cuts with exceptional edge quality. This innovative system ensures high-performance results across a wide range of cutting applications.

Robust Machine Frame

The rigid machine base crafted from high-quality steel plate undergoes a meticulous secondary aging treatment to guarantee the machine’s shock resistance and stability.

Dust Filtration and Collection

The PeddiBolt adopts a 16-section partitioned dust collection design used to properly ventilate dust and other waste created during cutting processes. This system paired with a Donaldson dust collector creates a safe working environment for operators.

Control System

Control of the PeddiBolt is carried out by a modern CNC control unit. The intuitive and easy-to-use interface allows for real-time control of laser cutting processes via Smart Manager Software at your fingertips.

Machine Footprint

The PeddiLaser PeddiBolt is engineered to deliver maximum plate processing capability while occupying a remarkably small footprint on your shop floor. Unlike conventional plate cutting systems that require large dedicated production areas, the PeddiBolt fits more easily into existing layouts without sacrificing performance or capacity.
