Laser Cutting Head
The PeddiM3’s advanced torch assembly features a 2" focus range for material flexibility, collimator lens protection for extended service life and an LED status bar for instant visual feedback. Fast lens replacement minimizes downtime while supporting higher cutting speeds. Powered by the Raycus RFL-C12000 12kW fiber laser, the PeddiM3 delivers high power density, stable beam quality and excellent electro-optic conversion efficiency.
Robust Machine Frame
The rigid machine base crafted from high-quality steel plate undergoes a meticulous secondary aging treatment to guarantee the machine’s shock resistance and stability.
Gantry Mechanism
A rigid steel frame with low inertia and excellent shock absorption ensures stability at high speeds. Dual servo motors and rack-and-pinion positioning provide rapid acceleration, precise motion and dependable accuracy on every cut.
Processing Table
Automatic material feed into and out of the cutting cell keeps parts moving efficiently. Finished parts are unloaded safely, while the tooth-shaped support grid and full table extension provide stability, accuracy and flexibility for large plate processing.
Dust Filtration and Collection
Integrated dust filtration safely removes steel dust and debris during cutting. Filtered canisters are easy to replace, while modular drawers capture heavier material and make finding small parts faster and more efficient, keeping the work area clean and productive.
Control System
The PeddiM3 features Cypcut 2D nesting software for intuitive machine control. Operators can access all machine statuses, load and select cutting programs and modify part programs instantly.
