Laser Cutting Head

A high-performance, highly efficient, and dynamically powerful 2D laser cutting machine.

Hybrid Cutting Head (Laser + Oxy)

The hybrid cutting head combines laser precision with the power of flame cutting, offering three versatile modes: laser, oxy-fuel, and hybrid. In hybrid mode, a high-energy laser beam and supersonic flame work together to trigger an exothermic reaction, efficiently melting metal and oxides along the cutting seam. Molten material is then blown away by a strong airflow, delivering faster cuts with exceptional edge quality. This innovative system ensures high-performance results across a wide range of cutting applications.

Bevel Cutting Assembly

The PeddiBull can be optionally equipped with a bevel cutting laser head. This system has the capability to pivot the laser, allowing for angled cuts up to 45°, adjustable by 1°. Bevel cutting can accommodate a wider range of specifications, enhancing the PeddiBull’s versatility in producing complex shapes such as full bevels, chamfers and K-cuts.

Robust Machine Frame and Gantry System

The rigid machine base crafted from high-quality steel plate undergoes a meticulous secondary aging treatment to guarantee the machine’s shock resistance and stability. This system uses a left-right separated ground rail structure with high-precision guides and rack-and-pinion drive designed with performance in mind. The cutting gantry is constructed from robust steel beams and features independently moving left and right slides, with the entire structure precisely driven by a combination of imported reducers, motors, ball-type linear guides, and helical rack gears for smooth and accurate motion.

Moveable Machine Cover

The movable machine cover is an independent safety enclosure that operates separately from the gantry beam, offering full laser shielding and electromechanical protection without mechanical linkage. It completely encloses the cutting area to prevent laser leakage and uses perimeter laser radar sensors for enhanced safety monitoring. Designed with a dynamic buffer zone, the enclosure stays stationary during central cutting. When needed, the control system intelligently moves the enclosure in sync with the cutting path, enabling safe, high-speed localized cutting and efficient large-area processing.

Working Table

The worktable is designed with a special detachable structure that keeps it stable, protects it from potential laser damage, and makes it easy to replace and maintain. The support tooth plate is mounted directly on the frame, which helps transfer pressure through side air ducts to the foundation, preventing stress from affecting the frame and causing long-term deformation. An adjustable pad at the bottom allows for easy height and level adjustments, ensuring accurate cutting, even for thick materials.

Dust Extraction System

The PeddiBull utilizes a combination system of blowing and suction, along with a dust removal fan and belt-driven extractor to properly ventilate dust and other waste created during cutting processes. This system creates a safe working environment for operators.

Control System

The PeddiBull comes equipped with the Windows-based Smart Manager Software. Smart Manager is notoriously user-friendly and features a database of cutting process parameters that can be adjusted in real-time during processing to optimize cutting speed and finish quality. Smart Manager’s nesting function also facilitates automatic nesting of multiparts and is compatible with DSTV files.
